Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour.
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 1/3 Cup butter, softened.
- 1/4 cup Swerve sweetener.
- 1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener.
- 1 egg.
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- 1/2 bag sugar free Chocolate Chips.
Preparation:
- Whisk almond flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside.
- Cream together the butter and sugar substitutes.
- Beat in egg.
- Mix in heavy cream and vanilla.
- Slowly sprinkle in the dry ingredients, and beat it until everything is nice and mixed together.
- Once combined, add the chocolate chips, and we just give everything a final mix just to incorporate those chocolate chips in and we're done we're ready to scoop.
- Scoop them into one-inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking, and then space them out like about an inch or an inch and a half away from each other, they don't really spread that much and then I like to pop my dough.
- After you scoop it out into the refrigerator for at least an hour or overnight just to let it rest.
- Scoop into 1-inch balls tray.
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
- Bake until edges are browned.
- Let rest on baking tray for 2 minutes then transfer to cooling rack.
